I’ve heard it all before, and so have you. They want you to buy their products and listen to their nonsense. They want to give you a bunch of “secrets” or “tricks” that will “instantly” change your life. If you hear this sort of talk, run.
I am very familiar with the social narrative. I had it shoved down my throat for over two decades. One day, something just didn’t add up anymore.
It didn’t make sense. I was at a place of high prestige and had a secured spot within the bureaucratic structure. All I had to do was follow the path set out before me. That was it. No questions asked. Nothing to think about. Zero risk. Just a guaranteed spot to the middle class.
I ran. I made a complete 180 shift and set sail for a life of my own design. I’m not oblivious. Just take a look around you.
The system is rigged and designed for us to lose. Do you know why everyone wants you to go to college so bad? It’s so that you can rack up student loans and debt (that can’t even be dispelled with bankruptcy; how crazy is that?) in an effort to learn obedience.
That’s all they need. They just need one more person to fill that cubicle in the northeastern corner on the 5th floor. Do they know your name? They probably glanced at it when filling out your initial paperwork. Now though, you’re just a number.
How great, isn’t it? You work your entire life towards goals that other people craft for you. And then, once you realize that it was all a huge mistake, it’s too late. There is no going back.
You’ve heard about the exponential effect (if you’re trying to make virtual and residual money, check it out here). You know how important it is.
Don’t fall into the trap. It’s hard. Anyone who tells you differently is lying. I’ll say it again. It’s HARD.
This isn’t sunshine and rainbows. Nobody cares if you show up to “the game” or not. There has to be something deep inside you, pushing you and delivering you through the times of immense darkness.
Your family doesn’t want you to succeed. Why would you? You might not call them back or visit for the holidays.
This life really isn’t for everyone. Most of the people who read this won’t fully understand that. You have to be honest with yourself though. Make sure that this lifestyle is really what you want.
But just know this one thing: once you take the red pill, there is no going back. I could never go back to my previous life. I know too much. I’ve seen the matrix.
There is an opportunity like never before to give your fullest efforts into the world and receive the juicy fruits of your labor. I recognized this. You want to talk about lifestyle design? This is it.
If you are willing to put in the work, anything and everything is available to you. Whatever you do, just do something.
